You have probably been hearing a lot lately about the Tea Length Wedding Dress. This is because there is a trend back towards shorter knee length or above the knee wedding dresses. These are tighter, sexier and sometimes have a bit of a little girl cut to them. Think of the kinds of dresses that you would see in such movies from the sixties and seventies like “The Graduate” or “Georgy Girl” and you get the idea.
The dresses are very lacy and formal despite their short length and often are decorated with wide grosgrain ribbons at the waist or on the collar. The neckline is also often square or beveled. This type of dress look great in ivory satin or lace and many of the couture designers are wearing them.
